I love my Roamio. Use it for NFL games and then start turn 2 hours after the time and ff commercials and halftime. Carches up right near the end.
Too bad they ignore me these days or I probably would have got the email
I wonder what the criteria is for getting it or not getting it.
Re: NFL games, that's how I watch sports too. I start watching the game late, skip through all commercials and catch up to live by time the game ends. It's great.

I love Tivo, and still use the old interface too. I had read awhile back that the new interface forced a commercial before playing recorded content.
I don't need fancy new interfaces. To me, the simpler, the better and don't change it.
I still have original hard drive in this unit, and plan to replace it if it dies, but did have to replace the transformer at one time.

Can anyone tell me what the email header is, so I can search for exactly what they sent out? Thanks!
FYI, lifetime on a Roamio OTA and a couple minis since 2016. Haven't bought anything from them since then. Wasn't sure if I had opted out of emails. It was in my spam folder from "[email protected]", but the app I use doesn't show the subject line for the spam folder.
