Battery life somewhat meh and no physical key, no WiFi means you cannot check lock status when you're away.
I'd pick fingerprint + keypad lock that has backup key without wireless connectivity for the sake of convenience while not worrying about battery life.
If I have to add remote control I'll probably go z-wave with a hub which will burden the battery less.

I have 2 of the Yale Assure Lock 2 with Wifi at two different physical locations. It sometimes will show the lock status when I'm away, but I am never able to go into settings and do anything. It only works when connecting locally. Since the same issue happens at two separate locations, I consider this a bug in the software and would not recommend the Yale locks if you're expecting remote management of them.

Same for the z wave. I got rid of mine and got a Schlage zwave instead for my ring system and that's been flawless.
