The LG C5 65 inch OLED is drawing attention as a bright, high end TV that looks especially strong for gaming, PC use, and bright rooms. The outlet price can be excellent, with some orders landing around $1079 to $1100 and free shipping or mounting, and the units are described as new with the standard manufacturer warranty. The main catches are the short outlet return window, the wall mount or installation focus, and cashback or coupon rules that can complicate the final price. It is a compelling value if the mounting setup fits your plans.
Common Questions (5)
The value is lower if you already have a mount installed, because the offer is built around stand setup or wall mounting. Some shoppers also skipped the professional mounting option and planned to use their own mount instead.
The outlet price appears directly below the size selector for some shoppers. If it does not show, adding the TV to cart at full price and then going back to the previous page can make the outlet option appear; switching to in-store pickup also surfaced the outlet pricing for one shopper.
Outlet Pricing units are new, not refurbished, and include the standard manufacturer limited warranty. The page also shows a 1-year warranty option for $1.
The outlet offer can disappear for one ZIP code but still show in another, and one shopper was able to chat an agent and get the posted $1079 price anyway. Another workaround was selecting a different ZIP code, then entering the actual delivery address at checkout without changing the cart price.
Outlet priced products are eligible for return and refund within 7 days of delivery. LG may also accept returns from 8 to 30 days after delivery, but a 15% restocking fee is deducted if the TV is not damaged.
