I wouild pay $85 for the following at Metro, cheaper and better deal:
  • $55 for a 30-day plan to get a FREE Motorola Stylus G 2025
  • $30 for a 30-day plan to get a FREE Samsung Galaxy Tap A9+ 5G

That's a great deal too.
I had the 16e at $99 (requires port in) when I purchased, and free if you stay 3 months (Metro will give you $100) which I don't. I got it and plan to trade-in next year once it's unlocked.

How is it a better table with 64gb memory and 4gb of ram? This one is 128gb with 8gb of ram.

I still will get the one at Metro since both of them are budget tablets for surfing and checking email or for kids, unless you aim for S Tab version of Samsung tablet.

I agree. I don't go with Metro T-mobile for wireless carrier.
I purchase deals from them just to have the devices for gift to siblings or spare.
