Bought two of these during the peak of Hurricane Melisa recovery, planning to pair them with solar panels. Total letdown.

The input plug is a non‑standard connector, so the "solar" feature is dead on arrival. I tracked down an email for the company and asked if they sold the plug or could at least provide specs. Four months later—silence.

They appear to be a middle‑man slapping their logo on a generic import. I even called the listed support number, only to learn it's a third‑party warranty processor with zero knowledge of the product. Amazing that Arrowhead can list a warranty line yet know nothing about what they sell.

Utterly disappointed. I considered returning them, but at this point it's not worth the hassle. Without the proper connector, the solar capability is useless. I've moved on.

Isn't the solar input just the DC input? It seems to a bog standard DC barrel jack.
