Only con for me is that the battery is integrated. Would be nice if more manufacturers prioritized repairability.
Also in the dpad department Pivot has two of them. One is mushier with more give on the 3D layout, and on the 2D layout the dpad is tighter with a more pronounced tactile bump. So awesome for both platformers and fighters. I feel the Pivot is more versatile than the Elite 2 for the games I play.

4. d-pad mushy
5. Having the vibration turned on causes slight input lag and interference with Bluetooth.
I ended up going with the Revolution X Unlimited and build quality is pretty solid. Only gripe i had was I needed to read the manual to figure out the profile setting switches.
