Warranty: The Staples web page shows 30 day money-back or replacement. It also has a 12 month warranty. I purchased this and the documentation said it has a 12 month warranty.

That said, I ordered one last night. Not a gamer, but it looks like good specs for general use regardless.
If you go to the camelcamelcamel website, it shows it's often $260 - $270 over the past year on Amazon, with dips to $210 and $199. The lowest it's been on Amazon is $199 (currently).

So this is is basically the same to replace to replace both
The link you provided from Best Buy is "sold and shipped by Staples, Inc." It doesn't look like Best Buy sells this.

In that case, this does seem like a pretty decent deal. Now I really gotta think about it. I don't really NEED it. It just would be nice to have for a dual monitor set up.
I was trying to understand the warranty. The Staples web page says money-back and free replacement warranty for 30 days, so it sounds like a 30 day warranty (money back or replace). However, one of the images [media-amazon.com] on the Amazon [amazon.com] page says Free One Month Replacement AND 12 Month Warranty. Also, the Sansui warranty web page [sansui-corp.com] says 12 months, although its a generic warranty page, not specific to a model. I'm thinking this monitor has a 12 month warranty but also a 30 day money back return or replacement policy.

Also, the monitor appears nice. It's lighter in weight than I thought it would be. I only have an HDMI connector on my laptop, so I'm only able to get 100 Hz refresh rate. You need to use a DisplayPort (DP) connection to get 165 Hz. The height of the monitor cannot be adjusted on the stand, but it can swivel (tilt) up and down. Overall, pretty good in my limited use so far.
My monitor arrived yesterday. There's a warranty information sheet, and it definitely has a 12 month warranty.
