It's all plastic. Got it today and I'm not going to bother opening it as the whole thing is plastic and the legs are very narrow which isn't ideal for a heavy monitor.

Note the one that isn't plastic is model STT003 which is ~$10.

To be fair, they sell a metal version for $2 bucks more at $9.50 (model STT003). If you look at various office supply stores, they sell the same models just re-banded with different company logos. At least these are closer to the drop shipment cost compared to stuff being marked up to $30-40 at Office Depot / Staples as "name brands".
