It looks like one is Intel and the other is AMD but they otherwise look pretty similar.

IMO the extra 16GB of RAM and the Ti makes it worth it. I'm not sure of how the overall quality of the Acer Predator Helios Neo compares to the Lenovo Legion Pro though.
