I just purchased the bundle and tinkered a bit with the process, this was least painful method I found. Install the Kobo desktop app--I did this on a Mac--sign in to your Kobo account in the app and download all the books by clicking the download icon on the corner of each book cover image. Install Calibre and the Obok plugin--search Google for "calibre obok plugin", it should be the top result or two. Import and launch the plugin, and it should identify all available books and allow you to add them to Calibre. It stripped the DRM and gave me EPUBs for each book in Calibre. I'm a Calibre user already, so I just had to install the Kobo software and add the Obok plugin, otherwise it was straightforward and didn't take long. UPDATE: I had 3 of 33 not import correctly. They did not error out, but the books had no cover art, and were scrambled in Calibre reader. I removed each title and reimported one-by-one using the Obok plugin, they were imported successfully,

You can download the books from the Kobo website in ACSM format, and likely use the DeASCM plugin (and maybe DeDRM also) in Calibre to extract the EPUB file from the ACSM encapsulation, but I was not able to make that work on the first try, likely I'm not doing something right regarding the Adobe Digital Editions linking. Regardless, I would just use the Kobo Desktop app method above, it's not bad.

FYI, if you use Send to Kindle via email or the Amazon website you can't upload AZW3 files anymore. It can take the EPUBs natively.

Finally, a word of warning: if you buy the bundle, make sure you have all 39 titles available on the Kobo redemption page. I bought the bundle and went right to the redemption page, it listed many books. I just selected them all and redeemed with the code, only to find out that there were six missing titles. They did not appear on the redemption page until about 30 minutes after I purchased the bundle. Now I can't use the Humble code to redeem those additional six, so I've had to reach out to Kobo support. They couldn't help, had to escalate the issue, hopefully it gets resolved. UPDATE: a few hours later Kobo support added the missing books to my library.

I think I found a way, but it's a giant pain. You'll need the Calibre software (Windows) to convert from epub to azw3 format, and maybe the NoDRM plugin. You'll need Kobo Desktop or Adobe Digital Editions to download the books onto your computer, which you can only do individually.

This is a fantastic deal. These books are genius, I've listened to all the audiobooks and will probably pick this up to have the print versions. For anyone who hasn't read these but is interested, look up suggested reading orders. You CAN read them all in publishing order, but be warned the first two or three are before Sir Terry really found his voice.

I've got most of these physical, a few as signed British first edition... but I do all my reading digital these days. I have the Tiffany Aching set for Kindle (got it for my kid) but I think I'm going to jump on this one. Been too long since my last reread, and this looks to be owned, not licensed access.

Hmmm... Maybe not? I'm not seeing a way to get the books onto a Kindle. Android, iPhone, Kobo, or web only?

This series is new to me but seems very intriguing, so I bought the bundle. Thanks OP in advance for bringing this to my attention - I'm seeing lots of praise for this author/series!

From looking around online before purchasing, I saw mentions of 41 Discworld books (also saw some say 45), but this bundle has 39...

What are the 2 (or more) books that are missing from this bundle?

I don't see The Last Hero, but that's a graphic novel, so that's understandable for this format.

Raising Steam is the other missing book. The other four sometimes included might be the Mapps, or The Science of Discworld (4 each) or some specific four of the side books (there are four children's books, guidebooks, Nanny Ogg's Cookbook, and more). If you're being that indiscriminate, I think you could get to sixty or so, at least.

Thank you both for this info! That makes sense on The Last Hero being a graphic novel, but I wonder why they excluded Raising Steam from this bundle.

I guess if I make it through all of the others in this set, I can worry about that then & purchase or borrow either of those two...if I remember by then, ha!

Went to buy this bundle but looks like I already bought it when they offered this in 2024 for $18 lol.

If only I'd waited two years I could have saved $2! Well, at least this is a reminder to start reading these!

I bought these and stripped the drm. A bit annoying but an amazing legal way to get these books. I'm like 3 in and they are fantastic
