Aukey was one of the brands that got kicked off of Amazon. I have two dashcams they made and they work pretty well, but I'm not sure how I feel about the brand now. https://www.tomsguide.com/news/am...-beginning

This AUKEY smartwatch looks like a basic budget option for Android or Apple phones, with a custom operating system and free shipping at a low price. The watch is noted as having no GPS, and the US version does not include blood pressure monitoring. Battery life and comfort are the main appeal, especially compared with bulkier watches. The biggest concern is long term support, since the companion app may not stay available and the brand history raises trust questions.

Common Questions (3)

  • It does not have GPS according to the manual, and the US version does not include blood pressure monitoring. That makes it a simpler fitness watch rather than a full health-tracking model.

    UniqueSoda2365hueyav8or

  • The watch uses a companion app, but there is no guarantee it will still be available later. That matters because the watch depends on the app ecosystem for setup and ongoing use.

    pdincdesidude2000

  • It runs a custom OS and will work with Apple devices, but not as smoothly as an Apple Watch and with some missing features. It appears to work better with Android.

I got the bip 5 instead. Does anyone know which app this uses? I got bip5 since it uses Zepp app which is what the Mi watches also use so I know that it'll be around.

I have their dashcam and battery packs, and all have done great over the years. I had one of their jump starters that the battery started swelling after a few years, but they didn't make them anymore so They let me pick anything off their website with a similar value.

They had quality and good customer service in my experience, so i'm bewildered at the whole review fiasco, don't know why they risked it.

No, not the same at all. This runs a custom OS similar to Android. It will work with Apple, but will not work as smoothly as an Apple Watch and will be lacking some features. Based on YT reviews it looks like it works better with Android.

I got a deal on a bip 6, so I picked it up to try it out. I have the latest Samsung that was about 8x as much. I never wear my galaxy watch any more. bip is more comfortable, much much longer battery life.
