Posted the steps below so you don't need to scroll through hundreds of pages to find what you're looking for.

Reps appreciated if you find this comment and post helpful!

Listed instruction steps above in the post.

How to Redeem
You can redeem your MLB.TV code at either of these pages:

https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/form
mlb. com/app/mlbapp/commerce/t-mobile/redeem
(remove the space between "mlb." and "com")
If you're redeeming a code for someone without T‑Mobile service, it's best to use a computer or tablet on Wi‑Fi—not a phone connected to another carrier's network.

Go to MLB.com and sign in or create a new account.
Visit the redemption link and apply the subscription to that account.
(The offer terms say it's "not for use on other carriers' wireless devices," though enforcement may vary.)
How to Retrieve the Code/Link on an iPhone (Android is nearly identical)

Make sure you're logged out of any MLB account in both the app and your browser.

You may even want to temporarily delete the MLB app so it doesn't auto‑open.

In the T‑Life app, tap Redeem twice on the MLB.TV offer.
A webpage should open in your browser.

Copy the URL from the address bar immediately.
Do not click further, or you may accidentally redeem the code to your Apple account.

Your link will look something like this:
https://www. mlb. com/sponsorship/t-mobile-tuesdays-mlbtv?redemptionCode=2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
(Remove the space before "mlb" and "com")
The actual redemption code is 25 characters, beginning with: 2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Well I'm not talking about applying the code to your MLB account later on. That shouldn't be an issue once you have the code.

I mean actually claiming the code. There are 2 people on a T Mobile 55 Plus Plan. One is the main account holder. Both have an iPhone. The main account holder should have no issues opening the T Life app and then claiming the code just like normal with the iPhone right and the code would be there? Then that person could copy and paste it and text it to me? The other person who is on the T Mobile plan, I created a T Life account a while back to try to claim something. When I did this on a chromebook a while back, it did work. Thought I never actually went and used the code to pick up something at a store. I believe it was a burger but the code did show up.

I want to know, can I do that either on my Chromebook or say downloading T Life on my iphone and then entering the details to log in and then claim it and then get the 2nd code that way while outside the US? Or should I give that person the details to log into T Life on their phone so that person can claim it and then text me the code? The thing is they use their iPhone and T Mobile in the US so would be logging into T Life while outside the US cause any issue though? I read there is no issue if someone is traveling and log into T Life while outside the US but the main account users are in the US and the account I created was so I could claim codes from the 2nd T Mobile account holder. I want to know can I do this while outside the US or not.
So I talked to the person who is the owner of the T Mobile 55 Plus account. That person saved this deal to their own phone for later.

The person then used the other person's iPhone and then showed me their screen. I am not sure if they clicked save the deal or not but that person clicked on redeem. When that person did this, it opened a new page that details the instructions to get the code. It says something like download the MLB app or something like that and instructions.

Is there a reason why that person did not have a new window that opened that would display that long T Mobile code? That person did not have the MLB app installed on either iphones. The main account holder did not click redeem yet on their phone. That person did with the 2nd T Mobile account holder though. That second person had the T Life app already installed so that person didn't need to enter a username and all that. Can someone explain why this issue happened again? So now for the 2nd T Mobile account, they can't claim a code? They will have to create an MLB account and make a new username and password and that is the only way for that? So you can't send someone else a code then? What about the main primary account holder? Is it the same thing? Did that person mess up by saving the deal to the account? So you are suppose to click redeem but not save it? The thing is I'm not sure if that person saved the deal to that 2nd T Mobile account and that person clicked on redeem but the window that opened showed different instructions.

Does this mean I can't get T Mobile codes for either of these accounts now? So you have to create an MLB account with a new email address for each of these accounts? So if you want to trade it with someone here, you give them the email address associated with the MLB account and the MLB login details?

Can someone here explain why the long t Mobile code didn't just show up in a new window like how it's suppose to?

I just had to claim it on my family member's iphones and it went to that screen. I texted the url though to myself (android phone) and it showed the url with the code at the end when I either copied it or clicked it. Not sure if that information helps you or not. I did however not use that original iphone url though since it opens up to that download app. I just took the code from the iphone url and replaced the code in the android url. Hopefully that helps?

Not sure if this will help, but this is what I needed to do on my iPhone, to obtain the URL link that contained the MLB code.

First, I removed the MLB app, so that the app would not automatically open when clicking Redeem in T-Life.

Then, I turned off javascript in Safari, so when the browser opened from clicking the Redeem button on T-Life, the URL link displayed in the browser would not proceed any further, and the link with the MLB code could be copied.
