Posted the steps below so you don't need to scroll through hundreds of pages to find what you're looking for.

Reps appreciated if you find this comment and post helpful!

Listed instruction steps above in the post.

How to Redeem
You can redeem your MLB.TV code at either of these pages:

https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/form
mlb. com/app/mlbapp/commerce/t-mobile/redeem
(remove the space between "mlb." and "com")
If you're redeeming a code for someone without T‑Mobile service, it's best to use a computer or tablet on Wi‑Fi—not a phone connected to another carrier's network.

Go to MLB.com and sign in or create a new account.
Visit the redemption link and apply the subscription to that account.
(The offer terms say it's "not for use on other carriers' wireless devices," though enforcement may vary.)
How to Retrieve the Code/Link on an iPhone (Android is nearly identical)

Make sure you're logged out of any MLB account in both the app and your browser.

You may even want to temporarily delete the MLB app so it doesn't auto‑open.

In the T‑Life app, tap Redeem twice on the MLB.TV offer.
A webpage should open in your browser.

Copy the URL from the address bar immediately.
Do not click further, or you may accidentally redeem the code to your Apple account.

Your link will look something like this:
https://www. mlb. com/sponsorship/t-mobile-tuesdays-mlbtv?redemptionCode=2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
(Remove the space before "mlb" and "com")
The actual redemption code is 25 characters, beginning with: 2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I just had to claim it on my family member's iphones and it went to that screen. I texted the url though to myself (android phone) and it showed the url with the code at the end when I either copied it or clicked it. Not sure if that information helps you or not. I did however not use that original iphone url though since it opens up to that download app. I just took the code from the iphone url and replaced the code in the android url. Hopefully that helps?
Did you save the code first? Or you just clicked redeem? How did you get the URL to show up? The owner of the T Mobile 55 Plus account showed me on video using the 2nd person's iPhone and then clicked on redeem. Then a windows showed up that gave instructions of creating an MLB account. Where is this text url?

The main account holder already saved the offer to their phone. Does this mean that person when they claim it, can't get a url code anymore and it's connected to their apple account? The other T Mobile account, that person went to click redeem but no url showed up. So can that second account still get a code?

This is very confusing. The thing is when looking at the instructions from the post, it says you have to click on redeem twice? The main account holder just clicked it once and a new window show create new account on mlb.

Not sure if this will help, but this is what I needed to do on my iPhone, to obtain the URL link that contained the MLB code.

First, I removed the MLB app, so that the app would not automatically open when clicking Redeem in T-Life.

Then, I turned off javascript in Safari, so when the browser opened from clicking the Redeem button on T-Life, the URL link displayed in the browser would not proceed any further, and the link with the MLB code could be copied.
The thing is neither of the these iphones have the MLB app installed. The owner only saved the offer to their iPhone but didn't redeem anything yet. That person then went to use the other person's iPhone and clicked on redeem but a window showed on instructions on go to the MLB app to create an account.

How do you turn off JavaScript in safari?

This is beyond ridiculous why claiming the code on iPhone always keep having these issues? A while back, one of the codes that was claimed was linked to that person's apple account so there was no t mobile code available. At the moment, are both iPhone codes linked to their own apple account? If you save the offer to your phone, does it do that? The thing is that person only did that with their account only and not the other person on the other T Mobile account. However, when that person clicked redeem, there was no t mobile url that showed up at all. Can someone explain why is this so complicated with claiming this offer on an iPhone? Are you suppose to ever save the offer? Or if you do that, then the code is now linked to your apple account? But why does the other T Mobile account have no windows that popped up or any url that showed the code? Did you have to click redeem twice? That makes no sense at all.

You have to save the offer on any phone to even claim it. You click redeem on the iphone and it opens up a browser(my parents still use safari), and it pops that website up with the url at the bottom. You just copy the url and text to lets say your android phone. When you click to open it with the android phone it will load with the "real" url with the claim code inside the url. You can paste the code inside the url people have mentioned in this thread to claim directly at mlb.tv or the android url that android phones get and just replace the code in that url. I'm not sure about the redeem twice thing. I did have issues copying the url to even text it but idk if it's with how buggy the new ios is but I had to open it a few times before it let me hold down and choose copy to even copy it. Oh and yeah you can get the url again at any time even if you clicked redeem already at some point. It might be different because they have the MLB.tv app maybe? I'm not sure since I always trade them away since nobody in my household is remotely interested in sports let alone baseball.

Can someone here tell me what exactly was done wrong here? We have 2 T Mobile accounts in a plan. Both have Iphones. So each of these would get the offer. The main account holder just saved the offer to their account. That person did not click on redeem yet.

That person then went to use the other person's iPhone. That person did not save the offer to their account I don't believe. That person clicked on redeem and when they did that, a window showed like instructions of going to MLB website or gocreate an MLB account on the MLB app or something like that. Neither of these iphones have the MLB app installed.

Are you suppose to not save the offer to your account? If you do that, then you don't get a code but it's connected to your apple account? If so, that applies only to the main account holder since I know that person saved the offer to their account? But why is there an issue with the other T Mobile account then? I don't believe that person clicked save offer to that other T Mobile account. The thing is a while back there was this issue and that person had to create an MLB account and create a username and all that and then gave that to me for me to use the MLB account and that was for myself. I don't mind this but is that the only way for that main account? What about the other T Mobile account? I want to get a T Mobile code for at least 1 of these 2 accounts so I can trade it. If that second T Mobile account is linked to their apple account, only way to trade it would be create MLB account details and email and then give those details to someone so they can change it on their own later right? I remember people a while back here said they created an MLB account so they give someone the MLB account information as opposed to the T Mobile code.

I am not 100% sure if that main account holder saved the offer to the phone before clicking redeem on the other person's iphone. That person was doing it on video while showing me it and I don't think that person saved the offer. So if that message showed up, that meant that person had to click on save the offer first then?

So you click redeem once only right? Why does the original post say click on redeem twice which made is even more confusing.

Well this is on an iPhone and not android. So that person has to make sure to click save offer on phone first before to claim it? I am not sure if that person did that before clicking redeem while on video. I just want to make sure at least 1 of these 2 T Mobile accounts I get the code though I prefer 2 codes. I am close to sure the MLB app was not installed on the other iPhone when that person went to click redeem.

The issue is that it "redeemed" by the 2nd person.

It is impossible to have the redeem button without ever saving the offer. It works the same way for everyone's T-Life app, the only difference is what happens when you claim it. I did try clicking redeem twice but I honestly don't think it did anything because I only clicked redeem once on the 2nd phone I did it on. It should open up into a browser and you just copy the url inside the browser. Then you text that url link to your android phone and when you open it it will open with a url with the code in it. Copy that code and use it for mlb. Honestly, if it's becoming that much of an issue you can sign into their T-Life with an different device that is android or use an android emulator to sign into their T-Life. I get from this conversation though that they are not even remotely technologically adept so I would not accept anything they say at face value.

How do you turn off JavaScript in safari?
Settings -> Apps -> Safari -> Advanced -> Javascript (turn off)

Leaving javascript on will allow the browser to run code to open the App Store, and download the MLB app and process the MLB code.

Leaving javascript off will open the browser but stall any further processes, thus revealing the URL link that can be copied with the code.
