Will this be enough for a 9070 XT or should I go for 850W?

It's good for a 5070 Ti, don't know about 9070 XT, maybe if you undervolt it then yes. Either way since this isn't a very good deal I'd recommend you just get a Montech Century II 850W for the same price instead...

this was $59 after rebate not too long ago. Plus the $10 Steam voucher, that was a great deal.

I ran this PSU on a overclocked 5950x with an overclocked 6900xt and it works great. Your card draws about the same amount of power so it should work fine.

9070xt uses 500watt average no including sudden spikes or overclocking. 9800x3d uses about 160 watt assuming no overclocking ever you should be fine. Otherwise opt for a 1000watt like this one.https://www.newegg.com/asrock-atx...kAQAvD_BwE

PSU gets more expensive each day. I had a EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GT, 80 Plus Gold 850W in 2022 for $53.99 and it has been running flawlessly.
