Right now you can get an HP desktop at Costco with 32GB RAM, a 1TB SSD, and a CPU that's 3 generations newer (Intel 200 series) for $750 with free shipping.

Sure, it doesn't include a screen, but you can get a 1080p 24" screen for $66 right now. That's just $19 more for a significantly better computer.

Or step up to a 1440p 27" monitor for $100, and you'll have a significantly better computer with a significantly better monitor for $53 extra.

For context, just buying the 32GB RAM included in that HP desktop at Costco right now would cost around $360.

Or get a current gen laptop with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD for around $500 (such as the Acer Aspire 14" laptop with Core Ultra 5 226V, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD for $500) and add a monitor; cheaper, faster, more RAM and storage, and it's portable.

This HP is not a good deal at all.
