I just bought from Costco and it had two large black lines through the display. I am glad I bought it as the return process was easy and the new one arrived promptly. $450 online at costco and way worth the warranty.

Nice display, $500 at Costco (the $50 off sale is over now). Pretty good deal for $400 even if it's open-box.

If you care about HDR, you'll only be able to get a good HDR experience in a very dark room on account of the low brightness. It advertises 1000 nits peak, but that's only possible in the HDR Peak 1000 mode, which has some major downsides.

This monitor is also quite warm and does not seem to be calibrated to the common 6500K standard, so if you plan on editing HDR content (no color profile options in HDR) then pick a better display.

Despite the whole Spatial Audio thing, the speakers are crap. Perfectly fine for YouTube videos and such, but not good enough for music listening IMO.

For general media consumption / productivity, it looks great. Super sharp text, great colors, great contrast, smooth motion.

One real downside is the maximum SDR brightness in the 230 nits range, regardless of how much white is on the screen. Most OLED screens are much brighter. HDR isn't much better with around 430nits (although almost 1000nits with 2% screen coverage).

Not sure what is up with Dell and OLED's lately -- even their brand new XPS 16 laptop (2026) with Tandem OLED is only 400 nits (max). Tandem OLED should be 1000+ nits.

This causes the worst eye strain I've ever experienced by an order of magnitude, and I'm 100% fine with my OLED laptop/TV. There is something different and very wrong about this particular panel. Also the OLED pixel layout isn't great at this PPI. You see red or green lines where white meets black on the horizontal. I got this on the Costco deal. Now returning it.

I've bought so many random devices from this seller on their eBay page like ipads,mac minis,bluetooth headphones, portable powerbanks,etc. no issues so far. But I've never purchased a monitor from them, monitors & TVs are always tricky when its Open-Box/Refurb. Can't confirm, but at least you can return in 30days.

I felt the same and have got mine returned (also from Costco).
