iPad Pro just released last Oct 2025, so there won't be new iPad Pro in that event. Most likely new iPad 12 and new iPad Air, possibly iPad Mini...

Want to upgrade, but my 2017 iPad Pro is still going strong.

I really wish they would upgrade the speakers in these. Seems like they took a big step back from my 2017 model and it is the reason I am holding off on any upgrade.

Pinching my Pennie's --- apple inflation and using my current 'old' IPad Pro so can't justify paying laptop price. Still have to reach for a laptop to print and to get my Gmail Bcc list. Got the old one for free so it's not even sunk cost.

yes, i know that, thanks, but the M4 has 8GB RAM, the same amount of RAM since M1 chip. For better future proofing, better to get M5 with 12GB RAM (unless i buy M4 with 1TB, then it's 16 GB RAM, but I have no use of 1TB storage and i don't really care about CPU, only RAM)
