UGREEN GROUP LIMITED via Amazon has 10-Port UGREEN PoE Gigabit Switch w/ 8 PoE+@60W & 2 Uplink for $39.98. Shipping is free.

Thanks to Deal Hunter phoinix for finding this deal.

Features:
  • UGREEN ethernet switch offers 8 PoE+ (802.3at/af) Gigabit ports (up to 30W each) and 2 Gigabit uplink ports, with a total power budget of 60W. Ideal for efficient power delivery and seamless network connectivity
  • Intelligent Power Management: If power exceeds 60W, it cuts ports in priority order (8–1) to prevent overload. It auto-detects PoE devices, supplies power to them, and transmits data only to non-PoE devices. Short-circuited ports shut off independently
  • PoE Auto Recovery: In Extend Mode, ports 1–6 automatically detect and restart powered devices (such as cameras or access points) when they go offline or freeze, ensuring stable PoE operation without manual monitoring or restart
  • One Touch, Three Modes: The ethernet hub can easily switch between Standard, VLAN, and Extend modes. VLAN isolates ports 1-8 for better management and storm prevention. Extend mode supports PoE up to 820FT, ideal for security and remote network coverage
  • High-Speed, Low Latency: The PoE switch offers 1000Mbps connectivity for real-time, lag-free monitoring with security cameras, efficient IP phone connections for work, and enhanced performance for wireless access points across your network

If you plan to use all the 8 POE ports, I am afraid 60W won't be enough.

Yes. If your devices don't need PoE, they'll work just fine too. But then why buy this?

I wouldn't buy this for networking because as a chinese product it has backdoors built in and wouldn't trust this for POE for fear of a fire from some faulty voltage regulator. Why buy this, it's just not worth it…

While your concerns are real and what you are saying can be truthful, Ugreen seems to have a very good track record for what I've seen, not all chinese products are made equal, but all do have backdoors and malware per the CCP.

Any with experience using POE switch like this to power multiple raspberry pi, say in a full stack deployment at home - 1 pi each for a proxy server, a database server, a backend server, a CI/CD runner...etc? I believe each pi consumes 15W, so 4 puts it right at the advertised 60W.

On another note, I have one internet connection (static IP address) at home, does this switch come with a DHCP server with basic config to route all traffic to the proxy server? Or I'll still need a seperate router to sit between the internet and this switch?

legit concern, but this is an unmanaged, dumb Layer 2 switch with no software, no management plane, and no internet connectivity. So the risks are very very low.
Legit for a router, legit for a NAS but not for a switch like this.

5w is almost certainly not enough. The IR light in night could be more than that.

I just randomly picked up a camera brand on amazon and searched for wattages:
