100% Cotton or Wool - unfortunately. Harder and harder to find...
What is the deal with Chaps? Polo associated brand used to be hugely popular. What happened to and Vineyard Vines? As I age, I think more and more it's best to just buy comfortable generic, non-branded anything, as every brand it seems has shorter and shorter fad shelf life? Popular today, taboo next week. Just buy what's comfortable and durable and who cares what anyone else thinks. Bought Chaps b/c 100% Cotton, Cashmere, Wool...but as even they like others have gone the way of Polyester, I am out. What's your best 100% brands?

It will sound hella dated, but actually, Gap still has a ton (albeit less) all-cotton stuff. They do horribly because they are so basic, but I appreciate them for that. Still have sweaters, turtlenecks, and jackets from them that are still good after over 20 years. And this isn't some boomer nostalgia trip: I got the stuff in college because it was CHEAP, not for quality...and somehow, I got lucky. Probably my favorite not-popular brand, lol.
J-Crew also still has alot of stuff that is all cotton.
