I used to take pills before I sleep, now I have stopped since I bought something similar.
However, I wont receommend to buy this model.
Look carefully into the picture, on the side of the pillow, close to the lady's elbow, there is a plastic band there for NO REASON at all, I dont know what exactly that was designed for, but that thing is made from very hard plastics and will make your elbow extremely uncomfortable.
So if you want to buy something similar, make sure there will be NOTHING on the side of the pillow.

Whatever it should be called doesn't change the fact that it's a piece of garbage because there is no attachment you should stick to that and it also happened to be placed in the worst position which you can rest your arm.
Just buy one without such thing on the side of the pillow.
I only get the SD price on used item!
