I bought mine in store for this price, but it is also available online at that price. Shipping for NON plus members appears to be $8, while it is free for plus members.

This appears to be the same model that Costco sells, currently for $130 (online, at least), although Costco's bundle comes with (significantly) more rolls, while Sam's comes with a few more bags (making Costco the better bundle). Costco's also comes with the "handheld sealer", while Sam's only includes the "port hose", if that is of interest:
