Assassin's Creed Shadows on Xbox Series X is landing at a standout $10 level, often with free shipping, and the Best Buy price match route has been the main way to reach it when BJ's cart shows a higher $24.99. The match has also pulled in the free lithograph set, and some orders shipped with that bonus included. The main snag is inconsistent checkout behavior, with some attempts denied, some carts showing the higher price, and occasional reports of stock or shipping limits. A strong value if you can get the lower price to stick.
Common Questions (5)
It can show $24.99 in the BJ's cart, but the 24-hour pass or full checkout sometimes drops it to $9.98/$9.99 with free shipping. Some shoppers saw the lower price only after selecting the pass or going through checkout, while others were blocked by stock or location errors.
Yes, Best Buy chat can match the BJ's price to $9.98 and include shipping, and some matches also kept the free lithograph set. Success often depends on the agent and whether they see the original offer link instead of the $24.99 cart price.
The bonus is a physical art lithograph/photo set, described as small postcard-sized prints or a small portrait/poster. It shipped separately for some orders and was sometimes automatically added during Best Buy price matches.
Yes, the free one-day pass can be used to place the order and get free shipping. It worked for multiple shoppers who were not BJ's members, though some had to refresh or try checkout again.
Yes, the Xbox version was specifically recommended for cloud-saving with the PC version. Cloud save only carries progress across platforms if you own the game on PS5 or PC; otherwise, playing on another platform requires Ubisoft+.

Edit: Tried again and managed to snag a copy for 9.98. Like others have mentioned, it may depend on how far the BB rep goes theough the checkout process. If they add to cart and check out, it will show $24.99.

Xbox version shows 9.99 in the cart though.
It was a little strange though that I had to order the games first, then they'd apply the refund for the price match. Is that how BB normally does it? The chat agent assured me my refund will eventually show up, but I haven't seen an email, update on the order on my account, update on my credit card, etc. Is that normal?
Edit: got the confirmation about an hour later that the refunds for both games had processed. Great deal!
