No, you would need to purchase it on PC as well. Cloud save only lets you pick up where you left off on another platform if you own it on ps5 or pc.
Only other way to play it on any platform is to get a ubisoft+ subscription

This is the price I can finally try this game. Might give it a shot, one BB PM attempt. I know I wont play it much but at this price point it is still worth a try.

Edit: Shows sold out for every option, including shipping.
