this is the earpads i bought. they fit perfectly to the headphones. https://www.aliexpress.
the battery is pretty awful, needs to charge every day or 2.
also no dock so charging must be done via cable.
no latency on the dongle at all.
The only con I have is that it's not really designed for big heads. I have a relatively larger head and it JUST fits me fully extended. In terms of charging, I use a magnetic tip adapter to make the charging a bit more convenient ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJW8XRBW ). I know reddit is very against using magnetic adapters, but I personally haven't had any issues, though I only use them on peripherals and nothing too expensive.
