Bought this at the same price in 2023. Already had it replaced once for white spots and replacement has the same issues. Dealing with warranty is horrible, they send a guy to blade scratch the screen and remove motherboard (for which tv has to be dismounted from the wall) and then you are left to dispose the 200lb junk. Ended up costing me ~500 bucks just dealing with the warranty replacement once.

This is the 2025 model. Though good to point out warranty practices.

Thought I read the TCL-Sony XBR agreement was supposed to start for 2027. Either way, just goes to show how things change. RCA, Zenith, and other brands were replaced by the Sonys, Samsungs, and LGs of the world. TCL is clearly gunning to be the next. Add in the memory cost spikes and the next few years of who's on top should be interesting at least.
