I got this for $45. It's a pretty well designed light. I have these from dewalt, Milwaukee, corded. This one has a crazy strong magnet and a steel hook. Folds to small footprint too.
None available in store near me. 3 available at full $198 price for delivery though, but that's a bit rich pricing for a damn 900 lumen light with a small battery

If 3 are available for delivery, then there is a store within range to you that has them. You didn't cast your net wide enough. It's the only way 3 would show for delivery
This is ridiculous! Having to jump through so many hoops to find this deal. I'm already exhausted with this many "unproductive clicks" :-) It just does not work. The link brings me to Home Depot site that of course says "OUT OF STOCK". Don't waste your time trying to find this at $35.... It's $198 for a flashlight that is OOS.

So many hoops? You click the link and if it says "see in store clearance price" congrats its in stock and on sale. If you dont see it, then you move on with your life. Its one click.

I don't think you're right
It says 2 available for delivery now, and when I check for nearby stores then all of them say not in stock, AND there is a message that says not in stock in any stores within 100 miles....
Doesn't delivery come from a warehouse somewhere? I bought a Ridgid set a few weeks ago for delivery and it came from California, and I live in the midwest....

This item is completely gone from warehouses. It always says "not in stock within 100 miles" for clearance stuff that isn't available at full price at any stores. If you click through all of your local stores one by one or click on the store name you are browsing right where it says 'unavailable' (near where it shows 2 available for delivery) it will show like the 8 closest stores and their stock levels. Use that to check all the stores in your area by switching the store you are searching. Most non clearance stuff DOES come from a warehouse, though. You aren't wrong about that. If you click on "delivery details" at some time in the day before like 4pm and it says "get it today or schedule your delivery" then it's coming from a nearby store. If it just says "get it tomorrow" or some other date in the future then it is actually being shipped
There are stores within like 30 miles of my address that have it, but it shows completely"out of stock" for me, so they are too far to deliver to my zip. No option for store pickup or delivery or even to click to see which nearby stores have it. If I manually select the store with it, I can see it, though. Still, that's too far to be worthwhile to drive for this, imo

Ok thanks for that. I will look again. I think what you're saying is I would need to play with the zip code a little to be searching stores that are near me but also not the 8 stores NEAREST me or whatever it offers up as its options for "check nearby" because when I do that, it shows all of those stores out of stock. But what about the note on the page where it told me there were no stores within 100 miles that had it? Isn't that a fact?

It doesn't count stores that have it on clearance as being "in stock" at those stores within 100 miles
