Got it last time it was posted. With 2 extra type C cables.

I'm not sure if it's just my unit, but any time I plug just a power bank or AirPods, it doesn't actually start charging immediately. There's an unknown delay. But it's fine if I use my phone or laptop

I will reach out to them for this issue. Otherwise I have no complaints

That's how Gan chargers work. It will recalculate the output depending on the device.
