I ordered a TV, they "shipped" it but it was delayed it due to an "inventory error" according to their customer service rep that I reached out to, who assured me that it would be cancelled/refunded. 10 days later I still hadn't received a refund and had to contact Walmart customer service to push the refund through.
They will cancel your order after a few days. You can't even leave negative feedback.
It took 3 months to get a refund and I literally had to have ebay intervene every step of the way. Horrible.
