In May 2025 I picked this up for $74. Seeing how the market is I don't think it's a bad buy, but they're milking the margins a little on these. Performance with a GTX1080/RTX2060/RX5700 are overwhelmingly held back by the GPU.

These specific dies are their laptop hex-cores that didn't make the cut with either cache or GPU performance so those are fused off and TDP turned up to 65W. 16MB cache instead of 32MB.

Also with the ai companies buying up all the ram and hard drive components, this year is going to be 2020/2021 all over again trying to build a pc
