I'd probably take a look at their TrustPilot reviews before deciding to make a purchase in general. Upon initial reading it seems like their PC's tend to have random issues and they do take quite a long time to get back to users and or repair them. It seems like there's way more people that have to actually get some type of service from them over the course of the warranty than not.

Seems like common issues are with the use of cheaper parts (makes sense due to the overall cost of the PC), which causes those same parts to go bad faster than other parts normally would.

I would say if you want to take a chance the company itself has been around for a while, they don't seem to be going anywhere. They always seem to help customers, it just takes a while. If you're cool with all of that, then I would say go for it.

Do yall think this better than the microcenter one with 64gb ram? About same price. This does look nicer.

Luxury prices are premium. Not cut rate basement prices.

Prebuilds rub me the wrong way. I can see where they cut corners, and it bothers me. Don't get me wrong, it will surely get the job done for video gaming.

I have a prebuilt I bought from Skytech, though Amazon. I bought the Asurion warranty and will be making a claim on that in a couple weeks as soon as the Skytech year of warranty is up, recently we had a power outage then spike and something borked my system. Skytech expects you to ship it back at your expense for them to diagnose it. This is only the second prebuilt PC I've ever bought, first one was in 1995, with the GPU shortages last year I said F it and bought this as there was just no other way to get a top tier GPU.

What I would do is buy both and swap the Microcenter's CPU, GPU and RAM with Skytech and sell the Microcenter to get your money back. You might even make money on it while you keep the Skytech which now has 64 GB ram, 9850X3D and a better brand GPU with nicer aesthetics.

Look for Costco's next ad for March.

I just bought the Andromeda Insights one. No tax and love how they use quality components (that you can pick). I upgraded to CL30 and a 1000W power supply. Their customer service is great, too.
