yes, because the $50 offer is on pretty much anything. So even if you spend $25 on a bed, may as well spend another $25 on food/treats, etc to get $10 back in points, makes the second $25 40% back in points plus the 50% on the $25 bed.

I have a pet bed in my cart that is on sale for $53. I am showing 13,000 back in points - is that correct? I don't usually shop Petsmart so I am not used to their points system. Is that worth about $25? TIA.

Did you activate the 50% back offer? You should have 36500 (26500 for pet bed, 10000 for $50 spend)

Yes, I did. I've triple-checked my account. I've tried adding different cat beds to my cart, trading out treats, etc. but I am just not able to replicate it. Confused It's a mystery to me at this point, but I'm thinking my cat is just going to have to live without a new heated cat bed. laugh out loud Thank you for the post.

strange, unless heated beds are in the fine print as excluded. Does the offer of 50% back in points show on the cat bed product page? usually the offers tied to any given product show on the page, if it does, you can try calling their customer service number and maybe they can help you out.

Yeah, both the offers show on the product page. Because I am stubborn by nature, I am still trying to get it to work. laugh out loud I may try customer service. If all I have in my cart is a $35 cat bed, how many points should I be seeing? (I wouldn't order with just that - I'm just testing the cat beds.)
