Funny, I was just going to write a comment mentioning that. YES the screen burn is horrid. It has an "image optimization" feature that you have to manually trigger by killing the power to the monitor. I noticed ghosting after about a week or two.

NEVER buy Samsung. Their flash memory is decent, but literally every other product they make is trash.

Rather than say burn-in, it's more like organic decay... it's just part of the technology and no way around it. That's why I'll never get one for office use. My day to day is having emails and spreedsheet up 10 hours... so that'll kill an OLED in one day. On the other hand, I have a 77" OLED for gaming and movies in the living room. Great exp. and honestly much more cost effective

Well, other brands have technologies to mitigate the issues of OLED decay. Samsung does this by...just aging all the rest of the pixels. If you've ever owned a Samsung appliance or product other than their NVMEs, this is understandable. They're made to be disposable so you keep buying more.

Anyway though, despite the screen looking nice when I got it, I'll be getting IPS for my next monitor.

There mini led monitor the 57 inch one is the best monitor I have owned. But it had horrible dead pixil rate. However if you get a perfect monitor nothing will beat it.

A nano ips from lg, or a neo brand Samsung with mini led.

Best is MicroLEDs but they are as costly as OLEDs, so good old IPS

I have the 57" mini-led samsung for about a year and I use it 7 days a week with 4 of those days being 12 hours plus and have never had a single issue with "burn in" or decay.
