It's an indication of just how awful deals on this site have gotten -- everything is used/refurbished/garage sale/spit n' shine/spit without shine/preowned/open box/damaged box/no box/etc anymore. That's what people expect. Buying other people's used junk.

So sorry you feel that way. I've been buying open box and refurb deals for many years (always check the warranty!). I've saved lots of money and haven't had a problem with any of those deals. Oh, well. You do you!
