I have this bag. I wouldn't get it again. There is no side handle and the wheels are terrible. They get stuck on everything.

I have used the 24 in version of this for the past four years. It's everything I want in a suitcase: lightweight, strong, secure. No issues of any kind. If I needed this smaller 20 in I would buy in a heart beat.

Agreed, all single wheel rollers stuck easily. Get the double wheels, it's worth the extra (around) $20

I have this bag (20 inch). The wheels are not durable. They work fine until they don't. I have sent this bag to the service center two times in the last two years. It is quite disappointing. You can find a lot of reviews mentioning this issue in Amazon.

Somehow the bigger version (28 inch) still works fine for me. I hope it stays that way.

You can replace the wheels fairly easily with these and include the drill bit: https://amzn.to/4s1DGGu #ad. I have 6 of these and replaced 4 of them- The new rubber wheel not only roll better, the rubber is also more silent, no more plastic rumble. The most durable case + ball bearing rubber wheels.

I bought the Omni 3-piece set for around 200. Don't recommend it because of the single wheel. Get the Omni 2 with spinners

I also have this bag. I agree, the wheels are terrible. I wouldn't get it again.
I wish the wheels were replaceable because I really like its size.

You can replace the wheels with the link provided by the other comment. Drill out the river and Bolton the wheel. I haven't done this. I guess once my travel ramps ill try it.

Received mine today and was pleasantly surprised to see dual wheels on it. This is better build quality luggage than Omni 2 set I purchased from Amazon and returned. No brainer deal if combined with $10 off EBay app purchase (targeted offer).

I have three of these suitcases. The single wheel design isn't ideal, but it is an EXCELLENT suitcase and at $80, a great price. No issues as a carry on on many different airlines [haven't flown Southwest, Frontier, JetBlue, or Spirit].
