Fairly new product, less than a year old. Initially came in at higher price, close to $400. I feel they dropped the price to compete with the popular AOC monitor that has similar spec and typically sells for between $279 and $299. There are a couple reviews on Youtube about this monitor. One in depth, mentions the positives. Has some black smearing because it is a VA panel even though it is a rapid VA. The in depth review even mentioned that he was able to consistently get 1800 nits at full brightness in HDR. That he was confused why they didn't try for a VESA Certified DisplayHDR 1400 rating.
