While there are plenty of great reviews, the negative ones show it's not leak proof, it can rust and many delivered as new were not. Moreover, many said it didn't deliver as ice melted and water was room temperature by morning. Another thing is this is described as dishwasher safe. I've yet to find a stainless water bottle that didn't tarnish in the dishwasher. The cup is too large for the top shelf and I would only hand wash it (lid and straw are fine for dishwasher).

These are generally leak proof. But the insulation is nothing special, it's a normal stainless bottle on par with cheap I got ones
