Just FYI, Newegg.com has this CPU for the same price $494 after code SSF2956 and it comes with a free "MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240 Black - AIO ARGB Liquid Cooling - 240mm Radiator - Dual 120mm ARGB PWM Fans - EZ Connect - LGA 1700/1851/AM5/AM4 Compatible" cooler.
If you need a cooler and this CPU, newegg's deal is better in value.

If you would benefit from having a 16-core CPU but are putting it off to save $45, then you probably don't need a 16-core CPU.
