Approximately 2 years ago I picked up a similar deal of this from online depot. It's handy to have around but you won't use it daily. Garage door tracks , master locks that collected moisture and began to freeze loosening up and so on. It's a good deal good to have

I think it'll work, but I generally use a thicker silicone oil. I'm sure it'll work fine.

As far as I know you are not supposed to lubricate the tracks.

I think your supposed to just clean the tracks. Wonder if there's any difference between this and the Blaster spray that says "Garage Door" on the can.
