Imma be honest, half those reviews read like they were written by mouth breathers that thought it was a switchblade and were trying to use the silver lock slider (which is admittedly in a weird spot, there's like a cutout in the base of the blade for it to lock instead of it pinning the tip, which does have its own issues such as breaking the tip) instead of flicking the heel that sticks out. It operates like a Kershaw speedsafe knife (tbh wouldn't be surprised if KAI makes it under contract for dewalt).
