$51 more for another 16GB of RAM. The CPU is a tad slower overall because it's 6 core vs 8, but the single thread speed is actually a little faster on the 7430U. Both are kind of old, but at least the 7430U is not power hungry like the desktop 2748 - I don't necessarily mind the power consumption, I'd just be concerned about heat (and maybe fan noise - hopefully there is a good fan or some sort of good cooling) in such a small case.

I have a couple Kamruis and one AceMagic (same company), and I've not really had any issues - the AceMagic I got from their eBay store and when I had an issue (which was actually my fault) they were fairly responsive. I've had all 3 on for 24/7 for months now, they work fine - the AceMagic is a nice little Plex server. Either way, have a spare computer/laptop if you need a computer for work - I don't care what brand it is.
