This is kind of a meh deal. Walmart has had it listed at $249 for about a month now and Amazon has been matching that price as well. The only real advantage here would be if you have the My Best Buy Total yearly membership.... but even then, I'd just price match it to $249. One red flag is there's no mention of the free Batman: Arkham Shadow bundle ($50-$60 value). Instead, it only includes a 3 month trial of Meta Horizon+. If you do end up buying one, be sure to use a referral (check Reddit) so you at least get $30 in store credit to put toward a game.

Batman: Arkham Shadow can be gotten for free regardless of where this is purchased. I got it free for 2 headsets bought at Costco by contacting meta customer support online. Strange thing was, for the one with account in my name, they asked me to upload a picture of the box it came in, along with proof of purchase. The 2nd one, account in wife's name, they only asked for proof of purchase. I bought on separate Costco orders.
