I have a question, whenever I go thru a travel flight deal, I go to all the high priced flights. Never the presented SD offer. What am I missing?

You have to enter the exact departure and exact return dates offered in the promotion. You can't just fly whenever, these are very specific as mentioned in the dates above in the original post.

I was flying out of LAX and needed to get there from far east side. It was cheaper for me to park in the economy lot for 7 days than uber each way. Also pretty convenient. Would recommend!

It's LAX's official economy lot that's about a mile away, I believe there's a shuttle that runs every 10, 15 minutes from the lot. It was $117 for 7 or 8 days, I booked about 3 weeks in advance. There are also promo codes if you sign up for their newsletter.There's also a budget lot that's a bit further and I think the shuttle only runs every 30 minutes. It was maybe $20 cheaper.

i read oahu is expensive AF.

these tickets must be subsidized by oahu.

save on the plane tickets, get ripped off on everything else?

We always use that lot as well, and to your point they always have a discount coupon available. Most of the time we end up on the roof, but it's not the end of the world.
