I got a Strechdown when MHW first came out with it and it's held up well. My one qualm is that the down slowly accumulates at the bottom of the jacket and there's not a great way to get the down back into the upper parts of the jacket. If someone could make a centrifugal clothes hangers with clips to hold sleeves, that would be great.

Put it in the dry on low/tumble with some dryer balls or tennis balls

Doesn't work. The issue is that the feathers collect at the end of the the sleeves or at the bottom of the hem because centrifugal forces push the feathers to the ends. The best way I've found to redistribute the down is to work them back when they're wet but it's tedious

Have you tried grabbing the jacket from the bottom and shaking it vigorously to try to get the down to shift back upwards? I have to do this with my (cheaper) down comforters from time to time. But I would agree that it's disappointing to even have to do this with a garment this expensive (I have the stretchdown hoody jacket but haven't worn it that many times).

I have similar experience. I tried to hanging it on different positions every once in a while, but it's never be the same anymore.
