If the m.2 slot on your motherboard is compatible with Gen5 NVME go with the p510 its faster than the p310. But if it isn't compatible with Gen5 NVME's then go with the Gen4 p310.

No, this is a bottom-tier DRAM-less QLC drive.
P510 is also a DRAM-less drive, but at least it's TLC, and it has better endurance.
