Nothing beats the Valentines day sale from Grocery Outlet. It was $0.33/pc. ($1.50 for 5).
Amazon has random sales on Ferrero Rocher when it comes down to around $0.38/pc. This is a decent deal, but I wouldn't call it slick.
If the Plastic heart box isn't a deal breaker, this was just 2 weeks ago:
