Played both and I personally liked Shinobi much much better. I paid for Shinobi but played Ragebound through GamePass and SO happy I didn't pay for it. I was a much bigger fan of the original Ninja Gaiden series on NES so was really excited for this iteration. But it unfortunately really disappointed me, especially when compared to the new Shinobi release. Of course everyone's preferences are unique, but this is just my two cents. Hope it helps.
