That being said, this looks like a decent deal if in good condition. In theory the i3-1110G4 could emulate up to (some) Wii U. Would be better if installing true Linux wasn't supposedly a pain on most Chromebooks.
Refurbished laptops are more flexible because replacement batteries are usually available.

For school stuff, it's more than sufficient. They haven't run into any hiccups, Android apps work well, and they love the stylus.
For $125 each it's a no-brainer as a kids laptop or a backup laptop.
I have sent in a request to return to the TecDeals. I will post here how that process goes.
FYI, the unit I received had a good bit of cosmetic damage (scratches on the exterior). But, the screen looked good--no scratches or weird pixels.
