Have you considered buying two 6-packs?

I have considered this, but I believe that would require each pack to be controlled independently (I am not able to simply add an additional 6 lights to the end of a 6-pack). While still "doable", for my set up, I'd like to have the animations and effects continue seamlessly along 12 lights.

I don't understand this.

Is this 6 boxes of lights, with each box containing 6 lights? Or is this one box of lights that contains six lights?

The wording is very confusing.

looks like 6 lights in total. They DO say 6 lights per pack and then say it's 6 packs. So, as usual, very confusing.

Chinese advertisers don't understand the difference between a six pack and six packs.

I installed some this weekend. I bought two 6-packs during the last sale and I'm running 12 lights on one controller. I have the other controller and power supply as replacements in case something breaks.

Interesting! Govee support provided this:

You cannot connect two Govee Outdoor Deck Lights 6-packs together to run off a single control unit or power supply. Each set is designed to operate independently with its own power source and control unit. If you want to control multiple sets together, you can use the group control feature in the Govee Home app, which allows you to manage all devices of the same model simultaneously.

If you need to extend the length of your deck lights, you can use expansion kits specifically designed for the H7067 model, but these do not allow two base kits to be joined into one continuous run. Please let me know if you need more information about expansion options or app control features.
