Fair is very ymmw. There's a "good" in my area. But for $28, might as well spring for the shipped excellent. Their automated open box pricing has gotten pretty bad.
But this is still $2,500 in my area open box.
If this is all ROG parts, the price isn't bad (considering the state of the market), but I really think if you watch SD and BAPCS like a hawk/set up alerts, you can get a similar config for $200-300 less, far more iffy if you could get a 285K and 64GB RAM for around this price unless you're just a lucky SOB
