Box Crushed.
No charging cable.
No extra ear tips.
Only 1 eartip installed so you can't even use them.
Light flashes when plugged in to charge - but they will not power up or come on even after using the reset procedure in the manual (which is on their web site, not in the box.)
At least eBay gave me an immediate refund, didn't have to ship them back - I just have to recycle them.
I'd imagine some people got ones that worked - but mine did not.
